The protest kicked off this afternoon at about 3:00p.m. at Leventis roundabout, along Ahmadu Bello way, the Kaduna metro police, lead by the representative of the zone Sheikh Aliyu Turmidhi.

It marched peacefully for some metres away from Leventis through Ahmadu Bello and finally to Kano road where it was planned to be terminated.

But it was also reported to have said that the security agents embarked on manhunt of the protesters around the streets.
