Report reaching us from our Sokoto correspondent says two people  confirmed dead as a result of shooting by combine team of soldiers and Policemen.

Soldiers and Policemen circled Markaz, where Muslim Brothers gather for their normal activities, opened fire and instantly shot dead two people. They are brother Husain Aliyu Mala and Aliyu Sistem Hungumawa. There are still report of others killed but yet unidentified.

 This is in addition to the setting ablaze of over 100 houses and shops belonging to brothers. To this time, over 106 people are in Police custody for than 36 hours without trial while many are now receiving treatment in various hospitals in Sokoto.

The brutal act of the Government on innocent Muslim brothers was as a result of killing of one Mallam Umar Dan Maishiyya by yet unknown assassins.
