QUDS RALLY IN KANO NIGERIA.

The slogan chant that filled the air of central Kano on Friday 26^th Ramadan 1432 (25/8/2011) was NO TO THE OCCUPATION OF AL-QUDS! NO TO THE OCCUPATION OF PALESTINE!! NO TO THE OPPRESSION OF THE PALESTINIANS!!! LABBAIKA IMAM RUHULLAH (QS)!!! LABBAIKA YA SAYYID ZAKZAKY (H)!!! DEATH TO ILLEGAL ENTITY ISRAEL!!!

Just like many other concerned citizens all over the world, the rally organized by the Islamic movement in Nigeria in many cities, Kano inclusive marched the major streets of Kano-Murtala Muhammad Way, Ibrahim Taiwo road, Kofar Nasarawa carrying banners, flags and poster of the day’s event, which finally terminated at old Kano city central mosque. Leaflets were distributed to passerby on the significance of Quds day illustrating the great injustice and atrocities of the illegal state of Israel while the world arrogant, crusaders of democracy and freedom of speech; and right to live and exist under the auspices of united state of America keep mute.

At the end of the march, Shaikh Muhammad Turi of the Islamic movement addressed the gathering.

Sheikh Turi reiterated that fact that members of the Islamic movement have heeded the call by its leader Sayyid Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) to rise up and adhere the call of Imam Ruhullah Khomeini (QS) to call out and show public support to the plight of Masajidul Aqsa and the plight of Palestinians since 1979 every last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan.

An entity known as Israel prior to 1948 never existed, but since then,  day in day out Palestinians have been oppressed, forced to migrate or even be killed.

Sheikh Turi highlighted that today the illegal entity, Israel can no longer oppressed Palestinians and go scot free with the number of sympathizers irrespective of their religious background, philosophy, race, gender coming out to say no to oppression.
