  Academic Forum Kaduna holds Nigeria at 50 Public Lecture.

The Academic Forum of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Kaduna Chapter held   a public lecture on Nigeria at 50 at Poly Gate Auditorium , Kaduna on Saturday the 8th of October 2010. Resource persons delivered lectures at the event.

Mallam Ahmad Bello Ayingba discussed on Nigeria at 50 Development or Retrogression while the head of Kaduna Center of the Islamic Movement, Mallam Mukhtar Sahabi further analysed on the topic.

Both speakers described the current dispensation of Nigeria as unfortunate in which joblessness, poverty, insecurity, illiteracy, corruption and indiscipline have replaced moral and ethical values. They also described the only way out as the establishment of an Islamic System under which Justice and fairness shall reign.

The guest speaker at the occasion Cmrd Shehu Sani was unavoidably absent and he was to speak on Nigeria and the 1960 Independence.
